A sample of the aircraft and UAV programs behind the numbers.

Project DROXY
Led the mechanical architecture and structural development of an electric autonomous VTOL drone, integrating high-torque propulsion with autonomous navigation sensors. Presented at GITEX Technology Week, Dubai.

Autonomous Heavy-Lift UAV (F150)
Airframe redesign in 7075-T6 aluminum and composites for a GPS-denied autonomous platform. Result: +40% structural strength, +25% payload capacity, 99.2% navigation accuracy.

ULM Storm 300
Design lead for structural evolution and mass-production readiness of an ultralight aircraft — 15% weight reduction, improved safety margins, and a 30% increase in manufacturing output.

ULM Rally 105 UL
Managed the engineering interface between a composite fuselage and aluminum-alloy wings, achieving a 15% weight reduction while meeting LTF-UL and EASA-aligned airworthiness standards.

MK93 Weapon Mount — Damping & Structural Redesign
Led the mechanical and systems engineering redesign of the MK93 vehicle-mounted weapon mount, combining a hybrid damping architecture with a lightweight structural redesign. The work contributed to a granted US patent (US 10,982,924 B1).
